Digital transformation for small businesses (opens in a new tab)
Practical business needs frame the conversation about connected technology.
Published by Samsung for Business
Customer videos, articles, and social content showed how small businesses use connected technology in everyday operations.
The starting point
For Small Business Saturday, Samsung wanted to spotlight how small businesses use display technology and software to improve customer experiences, manage costs, and prepare for a busy holiday season.
The decisions
I helped build the campaign around existing customers and their experiences. On set, I produced videos that brought those business stories to life.
The social showcase became the starting point for a customer story series on Samsung Business Insights. The plan extended those stories through the website and email, connecting them with ongoing product promotions.
A short launch video introduced the idea of the connected small business and provided an entry point into the wider campaign.
From plan to published
Customer videos, a micro-video, social posts, and derivative articles gave each story several useful forms. The content connected a seasonal moment with practical questions small business owners face throughout the year.
